WE250/3200 Hybrid CNC Press brake
Machine outlook
1. Adopt oil-electric hybrid technology to achieve high efficiency, energy saving, environmental protection and low noise of the machine.
2. Supply oil on demand, reduce overflow, effectively reduce oil temperature, and extend the service life of hydraulic system and components.
3. Electro-hydraulic servo valve system, full closed-loop control slider synchronization, accuracy 0.01mm.
4. The whole machine adopts all steel plate welding structure.
5. Use CNC system to control the hydraulic deflection compensation device.
6. The rear stop is equipped with high-performance servo motor and ball screw.
7. The upper slider is equipped with a wedge type deflection compensation mechanism.
8. You can choose the square multi-V die or the same core double V die.

The standard equipped fast clamp will help you replace the top punch in very short time. Convenient and time-saving. Fast intermediate loading and unloading function to improve work efficiency.
Installed on the front of the workbench and moving along the linear guide rail. It can be arked at any position,with rotation and height adjustment functions to help you to bend.
1. The electrical components mainly adopt the French SCHNEIDER brand, which meets international standards, is safe and reliable, and has strong anti-interference ability.
2. The wiring of the electrical cabinet is reasonable and clear, easy to repair or troubleshoot, and has good heat dissipation effect.

OPKON magnetic grating ruler
A magnetic grating ruler imported from Germany is installed on the C-shaped plates on both sides of the rack to detect and feed back the synchronous movement status of the two oil cylinders to control the stroke position of the sliding block.
