Introduction to CNC Panel Bending :
The flexible bending center focuses on solving various complicated sheet metal and bending problems in metal forming. Through multi-axis concurrent linkage, sheet metal operations are automatically completed, and the dependence on molds and labor is resolved from a technical perspective, which effectively improves production efficiency and reduces production costs.Easily realize the arc, press dead edge, back shape, closed shape and other complex sheet metal bending requirements.The flexible bending center can be widely used in the field of steel cabinet shells (file cabinets, tool cabinets, outer shields, electrical cabinets, communication cabinets, gas cabinets, water meter cabinets...), kitchen utensils (refrigerators, air conditioners, stoves...) , Furniture, ventilation, refrigeration, purification, door industry, decoration, elevator and other related metal forming fields.
The Flexible Panel Bender bends the sheet metal with one universal tooling, able to bend various complex shapes. It can fold 90 angle, non 90 angle, circular ARC, positive/negative and other complex shapes, now days flexible panel bender become more and more popular in the metal forming field of different industries and different workpieces.
Here listed some typical applications:
Servo fiexible bending center body,it adopts high-strength steel plate for overall welding,with stable structure and long serving life. Heat treatment removes internal strees,has strong rigidit and heavy tonnage, ensures the long-term stability of machine tool ac-curacy,and improves the bending accuracy ,reliability and durability of machine tool.
Machine structure:
The frame adopts a high- precision temperature- controlled furnace, which is tempered, heat-treated, annealed and modulated according to the temperature curve corresponding to the material, which ensures the lasting stability of the overall accuracy of the machine tool.
U-axis controls the movement of the suction cup forward and backward
U1-axis controls the rotation of the suction cup
Y1-axis automatically controls the left and right movement of the positioning ruler
Z-axis controls the up and down movement of the bending knife (dual drive)
W-axis controls the up and down movement of the upper pressing knife (dual drive)

U1-axis controls the forward and backward movement of the front guiding rule
Y1-axis controls the left and right movement of the Y guiding rule

1.Can you supply the relevant documentation?
Yes, we can provide most documentation including Certificates of Analysis / Conformance; Insurance; Origin, and other export documents where
required.
2.What is the average lead time?
For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 20-30 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead times become effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and(2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with your sale. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.
3.What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
You can make the payment to our bank account, Western Union or PayPal: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy of B/L.
4.What is the product warranty?

5.Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes, we always use high quality export packaging. We also use specialized hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist packaging and non-standard packing requirements may incur an additional charge.
6.How about the shipping fees?
The shipping cost depends on the way you choose to get the goods. Express is normally the most quickest but also most expensive way. By seafreight is the best solution for big amounts.
