Machine Production Cycle and Payment Terms
Q1. Production cycle of the machine
A1: The production cycle of our machines depends on the size customized by the customer. Small machines with less than 15 forming wheels have a production cycle of about 40-50 days. Medium-sized machines with 25 groups of forming wheels have a production cycle of about 50-60 days. Large machines with more than 30 sets of forming wheels have a production cycle of about 70-80 days. Fully automatic production lines equipped with various machines have a production cycle of about 90 days. Please note that the production cycle starts when the contract takes effect.
Q2. Our payment ratio:
A2: Before starting the manufacturing process, we require a 40% advance payment. The remaining 60% must be paid before shipment after the manufacturing is completed.
Q3. Terms of Trade:
A3: As a factory direct sales company, we use FOB (Free On Board) terms. If you require other terms, we can provide a quote based on the actual situation.
Q4. Warranty period and after-sales service:
A4: We provide a one-year warranty period. During this time, if the machine is not artificially damaged (excluding wearing parts), we offer free maintenance services. However, the buyer is responsible for providing visas, air tickets, board, and lodging. After the warranty period, we provide lifetime service for the machine. Buyers need to cover basic labor costs, labor travel expenses, and the cost of replacement parts.
