1. Reliable performance
Numerical control system ET 15 adopts high-end numerical control system development platform and advanced sheet metal bending algorithm and motion control algorithm. All the motherboards use industrial-grade chips. The numerical control system has passed EMC electromagnetic compatibility verification and high and low temperature environment adaptability testing.
2. High speed and precision control
High speed: Y-axis maximum fast-forward speed 200mm/s, input speed 0-30mm/s.
High precision: Using 5um resolution magnetic grid ruler and high-digit encoder double ring control, repeated positioning accuracy of ±5um.
Processing consistency: The influence of oil temperature change on the consistency of the bending workpiece is avoided.
3. Energy saving and environmental protection
Special power saving: The power difference between the all-electric servo bending machine and the electro-hydraulic servo bending machine is like the difference between the frequency conversion air conditioner and the ordinary air conditioner, and the all-electric servo bending machine automatically outputs the appropriate power according to the working condition, so it is especially power-saving.
