Product Advantages
Corrosion resistance
The density of aluminum profiles is only 2.7g/cm3, which is about 1/3 of the density of steel, copper or brass (7.83g/cm3, 8.93g/cm3, respectively). Aluminum exhibits excellent corrosion resistance under most environmental conditions, including in air, water (or brine), petrochemicals, and many chemical systems.
Conductivity
Aluminum profiles are often chosen due to their excellent electrical conductivity. On an equal weight basis, the conductivity of aluminum is approximately 1/2 that of copper.
Thermal conductivity
The thermal conductivity of aluminum alloys is about 50-60% of that of copper, which is beneficial for the manufacture of heat exchangers, evaporators, heating appliances, cooking utensils, and automobile cylinder heads and radiators.
Non-ferromagnetic
Aluminium profiles are non-ferromagnetic, an important property for the electrical and electronic industries. Aluminium profiles are not self-igniting, which is important for applications involving handling or contact with flammable and explosive materials.
Machinability
The workability of aluminum profiles is excellent. Among various wrought and cast aluminum alloys, and in the various states in which these alloys are produced, the machining properties vary considerably, requiring special machine tools or techniques.
Formability
The specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility and corresponding work hardening rate govern the variation in allowable deformation.
Recyclability
Aluminum is extremely recyclable, and the properties of recycled aluminum are almost indistinguishable from virgin aluminum.

Raw Material
The aluminum profile models specified in the industry are usually 1024, 2011, 6063, 6061, 6082, 7075, etc., of which 6063/6061/6082 are the most common models. The difference between different aluminum profiles lies in the different proportions of various metal components.
60 series, 70 series, 80 series, 90 series are most commonly used in doors and windows, aluminum profiles, curtain walls and other buildings.

Q: What is the thickness of the anodizing? Can you do 15um?
A: Our normal thickness is about 10 um. Yes, we can do 15 microns and above.
Q: What colors can powder coatings be used for? The thickness of the powder coat?
A: We can do any color for powder coating as long as you can provide color samples. Our usual powder coating thickness is 60-80um.
Q: What color can the wood grain be?
A: Our most popular colors are Western Red Cedar, Australian Cedar, Jarrah I, Jarrah II, Chestnut, Bush Cherry, Bush Wood, Western Wood, Snow Gum, etc. If you need any other color, we can do the sample according to the color you provide.
Q: What is the lead time for samples and mass production?
